Offender Rehabilitation Specialist

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Exhibit well-developed skills in trauma-informed practice, research, planning, and group facilitation, with the ability to adapt and learn.
  • Display a proactive approach to detainee and offender management, including effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
