Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security professional to join our team. As an Internal Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading the charge in educating internal employees on all things Cyber Security.

The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive Cyber Security education programs tailored to the specific needs of our employees. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Cyber Security, HR, and IT, is crucial for creating engaging communication materials, training modules, and awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a communication strategy for Cyber Security and internal best practices.
  • Support the implementation and launch of Cyber Security Education and awareness initiatives through various channels.
  • Create communication materials, plans, and a common language to educate employees on Cyber Security and their individual contributions to building a robust defense against external threats.
  • Oversee communication and coaching plans for Cyber champions throughout the company, focusing on education and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in Cyber Security or IT.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for different channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
