Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Specialist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining refrigeration plants, installing and commissioning new equipment, fault finding, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems, interpreting electrical and piping diagrams, and report writing.

Requirements:

  • A Trade Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • A Refrigeration Handling Licence
  • A Restricted Electrical Worker's Licence
  • Experience in Ammonia Refrigeration is preferred but not necessary
  • A Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Permanent Australian residency

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Servicing and maintaining refrigeration plants to ensure efficient operation
  2. Installation and commissioning of new equipment and replacement of components
  3. Fault finding, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems
  4. Interpreting electrical and piping diagrams
  5. Report writing

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
