Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations: staffing, inventory management, service delivery, and facilities maintenance.
  • Analyse performance data to drive sales growth through informed decision-making.
  • Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets high standards.
