As a key member of our Online Business division, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative marketing approaches to drive awareness and adoption of our sell-out platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of media and affiliate marketing strategies to build awareness, education, and adoption of our sell-out platforms.
  • Coordinate and support live commerce and commercial influencers programs to support overarching strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, content, UX, and brand teams to deliver OB-focused campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into features and programs that add incremental revenue.
  • Develop and optimize customer experiences and journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage subscription and sell-out platforms in coordination with operations teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital content, experience marketing, and/or live commerce.
  • Experience in partner management, with proven ability to impact ROI.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
