About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires leadership, guidance and oversight to staff within Front Door services.

You will lead, mentor and support case management staff to ensure consistent practice.

  • Monitor service delivery, ensuring practice coherency and fidelity to the Housing Connect model.
  • Oversee case allocation, workflow management and client support pathways.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners for seamless service delivery.
  • Provide high-level advice on practice design with a focus on innovation and improvement.

This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on case practice management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable competency in the following areas:

  • High level understanding of evidence-based service design into practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leading teams including monitoring performance.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level advice on practice issues.
  • Demonstrated experience with practice development and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
