About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Concentric Rehab Centre. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.

Current or willing to obtain:
