The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and warehouse management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing and maintaining inventory management systems to improve tracking and decision-making processes.
  2. Conducting regular stocktakes and critical spare reviews.
  3. Developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory turnover rates and minimize holding costs.
  4. Liaising with maintenance, operations, and site finance teams to ensure effective monthly close-offs.

Essential skills and experience for the position include:

  1. Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  4. Strong computer skills, including purchasing and maintenance systems.
