Project Manager Role

This is a key leadership opportunity to drive the end-to-end delivery of vital housing projects that support vulnerable Australians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing contracts and risk registers, and overseeing financial performance and construction progress.

  • Lead project teams to achieve milestones and secure necessary approvals
  • Manage contracts, risk management and compliance reporting
  • Oversee project finances and construction progress
  • Navigate SDA and NDIS frameworks with confidence
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure safety, quality and regulatory obligations are met

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within housing or multi-residential sectors, along with solid understanding of SDA/NDIS project frameworks and knowledge of planning, procurement and construction compliance.

A strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team are essential for this role.

Additionally, a degree qualification in a relevant discipline, such as property, engineering, planning or land economics, is required, along with current open driver's license, current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check.
