Senior Content Designer Opportunity

This is a short-term contract for a skilled Senior Content Designer to work on meaningful content and help protect Australians from scams across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage discrete online content projects, ensuring that all content meets digital best practices, accessibility standards, and readability requirements.
  • Develop engaging content that drives results, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Champion user-centered content practices, providing data-driven insights to internal stakeholders to inform content decisions.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop digital products and services, contributing expertise in content design.
  • Publish website content, including managing content migration for new or upgraded websites, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Communicate innovative suggestions on how web content can increase reach and efficacy, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a content role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write for diverse audiences and improve content readability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and provide guidance to team members and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to manage publishing workflow and web publishing, with basic HTML knowledge and content management system proficiency.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, professional editing, or a similar discipline will be highly regarded.
