Cyber Security Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and specialists in the development of core capabilities within the Cyber Security Operations Team.

  • Guide the development of people, process and tooling required for the Security Operations function.
  • Own day-to-day operations of the security team, monitoring information sources for security anomalies and performing triage, incident investigations, and response.
  • Enhance capabilities for the core activities of Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology related discipline and at least 3 years' operational cyber security experience.
  • Relevant security industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GCIGH etc.
  • Extensive experience in a security operations environment, including incident response.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing leadership, direction, and coordination to a team of professionals.
  • Working knowledge of configuration management, change control/problem management and leading risk assessments.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Security Capabilities.
