Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting the growth of our organisation through effective management of sponsorships and community relations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and recommending sponsorship requests and agreements, as well as supporting the review and delivery of sponsorship reporting.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Sponsorship Management: Review and recommend sponsorship requests and agreements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Support the review and delivery of sponsorship reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, brand and events teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of sponsorship opportunities.

Key Requirements:
  • High-Level Administrative Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams, with ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
