Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Media and Corporate Relations branch, collaborating with stakeholders to review and provide recommendations on sponsorship requests and agreements. This includes managing deliverables regarding sponsorship reporting, as well as working closely with the Marketing, Brand and Events teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and provide expert guidance on sponsorship opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective sponsorship strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship projects
Requirements
  • High-level administrative skills including database management and record keeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the capacity to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
