Nurse Unit Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team in a unique and rewarding environment. Our Commercial Travellers Ward cares for children with complex neurological, neurosurgical, craniofacial and rehabilitation needs.

This is a challenging yet fulfilling role that requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for innovation.

  • Lead the nursing team in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective ward management strategies
  • Maintain safe and effective practice through quality improvement initiatives

This position is ideal for a motivated nurse who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in multidisciplinary care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time position working 22 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
