Media Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and deliver media strategies and activities that support our work in managing relationships with media outlets.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating media communications; actively liaising with internal and external stakeholders to prepare a wide range of media materials, as well as organizing media events to ensure the community is kept informed about our work.
As a Media Communications Specialist, you will undertake effective media communications, operating within a high-pressure and dynamic environment. You will identify and manage a range of media issues and deliver concise and clear responses within set timeframes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on delivering impactful media communications that drive positive outcomes for our organization.
- Tertiary qualifications in media or journalism and/or equivalent experience
- Ability to be on call as required outside of normal working hours
