Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily and monthly tasks in accordance with our Accounting and Reporting Manual, ensuring timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
  • Support Financial Control in providing accurate financial information to internal and external parties.
  • Analyse discrepancies between SG Fleet systems and financier systems, identifying and resolving errors related to lease data.
  • Liaise with internal teams and financiers to resolve errors or complete transactions as required.
  • Prepare month-end Balance Sheet reconciliation reports and assist with specific projects, staff training, and process improvements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in reconciliations or General Ledger roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to complete resolution.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, including experience in working with spreadsheets and providing analysis on trends and movements.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and proven customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise.
