Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance strategies to drive traffic, sales, profit, and new customers across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in paid search and social within an agency environment, solid digital knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to Director, Client Lead, and Client needs and issues.

You will work closely with our teams to develop client relationships at mid-level, manage campaigns end-to-end, optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix, and ensure best practice Search and Social buying across all briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance strategies to drive traffic, sales, profit, and new customers
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including campaign development, launch, optimisation, and reporting
  • Optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix, including paid search, display, paid social, and retargeting
  • Ensure best practice Search and Social buying across all briefs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search and social within an agency environment
  • Solid digital knowledge and excellent analytical skills
  • Able to respond quickly and effectively to Director, Client Lead, and Client needs and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at mid-level
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure
