Early Learning Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Our Centre:

Our childcare centre is proud of its Exceeding rating from ACECQA and boasts nearly 100 years of collective early childhood learning experience. Many of our long-term Educators have been with us for over a decade, contributing to a strong team focus on professional development and staff upskilling.

Conveniently located in New Auckland, our facility is close to several primary schools, parklands, a shopping complex, and the airport. We cater to children from six weeks to five years of age, with a maximum daily capacity of 74 children.

Our outdoor playground areas offer a harmonious blend of natural and manmade elements, featuring various play surfaces. The spaces include sandpits, a dry creek bed, a vegetable patch with worm farms, chickens, beehives, and compost areas. Additionally, there are decking areas, trees, gardens, and plenty of shade, creating a rich and engaging environment for exploration and play.
