This position requires someone who can set and maintain standards that are ahead of the curve, manage gaming machines in the lounge, develop engaging dining experiences, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote the bar.

The successful applicant will be knowledgeable about hotel liquor licensing guidelines, house management policies, and food safety standards. They will also possess strong knowledge of various beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet, as well as certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
