About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of medications. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Check and qualify medications against specifications
- Identify errors and implement corrective actions
- Pack medications according to guidelines for cold or regular chain storage
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Conduct stock takes and ensure all stock is prepared for the next day
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and improve processes

Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of motivation and goal-orientation, driven by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments is desirable, although not essential
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
