Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Solution Consultant to drive business growth and success by developing impactful solutions for our customers in network, cybersecurity, and cloud domains.

This role is about partnership and influence: you'll shape the conversation around what we pursue, challenge conventional thinking, and help us deliver work that matters.

You'll be instrumental in guiding the bid process—crafting compelling proposals, ensuring we pursue opportunities that truly fit our capabilities and deliver the most value for our clients and teams.

As a Solution Consultant, you'll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop competitive and innovative responses, weaving AI and new ways of working throughout to enhance results at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer fit, Datacom's capability alignment, and strategic opportunity to identify high-potential projects.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits, solution approach, and competitive differentiators.
  • Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services, ensuring proposals are both commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
  • Presents solutions to clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
  • Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
