We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Reservations team as a Reservations Consultant on Hamilton Island. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping up-to-date with all products, timetables, and promotions
  • Accurately inputting/ managing bookings and payments
  • Processing QA bookings and finalising EOD cash ups
  • Booking third-party providers and staying up-to-date with Reservations Policies and Procedures
