Café Team Member Job Description

Main duties include:

  • Opening and closing the café, ensuring it is well-prepared for customers and staff

  • Managing and reporting stock levels accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing food and handling it safely to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management and barista work, preferably with a focus on team leadership and mentoring
