Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Floristry Support Professional to join our team who can combine floristry expertise with customer service and administrative support.

The Role Summary

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with our lead florist to prepare, design, and deliver beautiful arrangements and hampers while also handling front-of-house and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, hampers, and gift boxes to meet customer orders
  • Assist in flower conditioning, care, and preparation for daily sales and events
  • Support with event and corporate flower work, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring workspace to promote creativity and productivity

Customer Service & Administration

  • Greet and serve customers in-store with a friendly and professional approach, providing excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone and online enquiries, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently
  • Assist with order management (printing, packing, delivery coordination), ensuring seamless execution of customer orders
  • Keep track of stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support with social media, online store updates, and general administrative tasks to ensure business continuity
