Financial Manager Role

The organization is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee various aspects of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and control of small to medium-sized administrations, including primary conduct of minor administrations.
  • Supervise accountants and liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for creditors and other stakeholders, as well as investigate affairs of insolvent companies and persons.
  • Assist in litigation and recovery matters, and manage the sale of distressed assets and businesses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Business degree with a focus on Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in insolvency management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in recovering voidable transactions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
