Our centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educator to join our team on a 12 month maternity leave position.

The successful candidate will be working in one of our centres located in Woree, Bayview Heights or Mount Sheridan areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, providing a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.

This position involves working shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and able to commit to this arrangement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will also require a current Queensland Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of each child

  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to centre decision-making processes
