About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Labourer to join our team based in Maroochydore.

This is an exciting opportunity to secure an ongoing, long-term role on major residential and commercial urban development projects on the Sunshine Coast.

As a Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for:

  • General labouring
  • Pit and conduit installation
  • Pipe laying
  • Concreting
  • Working around live services
  • Other duties as directed by the supervisor

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to safety and a can-do attitude.

Key requirements include:

  • A current construction blue/white card
  • Experience in the civil construction industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Tickets/licenses preferred but not mandatory – HR, rigger dogman, excavator, bobcat, backhoe, possi-track
  • Full drivers license and own transport
  • Skid steer license (desirable)
  • Experience back filling trenches (desirable)
  • Adaptable to night and day works
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent relationship skills and team player
  • Strong and committed awareness to safety behaviours and culture
  • Flexible and easy-going attitude
