Security Relief Officer

At SECUREcorp, we're seeking a dedicated Security Relief Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response in Mount Gravatt. As a key member of our team, you'll be trained at multiple sites to work up to full-time hours, focusing on sites close to staff residential addresses where possible.
You'll receive a flexible casual, part-time or full-time roster tailored for optimal work-life balance, complete with compensation featuring award-based rates and additional allowances such as Relief and First Aid allowances where applicable. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties.
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.
- Acknowledge and respond to situations of risk.
- Access control.
- Incident report writing and data logs.
We offer competitive compensation including:
- SSIA LV2 rates available + applicable loadings & penalties + super
- Weekly Reliever allowance of $43.56
- Weekly First Aid allowance of $35.22
- Saturday rate from $40.46 per hour
- Sunday & overtime rate from $53.94 per hour
- Public holiday rate from $67.43 per hour

To qualify, you must hold a current QLD Security Licence with a Crowd Controller component and a First Aid certificate.
An estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on a 38-hour week.
