Ranger Team Leader Job Description

The Ranger Team Leader will lead a team of rangers and coordinate park management activities. The role involves supervising team members, engaging with the community, conducting environmental monitoring and improvements, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Team Management Skills

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct team members towards achieving organizational objectives.

Environmental Monitoring and Conservation Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience in environmental monitoring and conservation is required. The successful candidate will be able to analyze data and develop effective solutions to address environmental issues.

Maintenance and Facility Management Skills

The successful candidate will have maintenance and facility management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively.

Community Engagement and Stakeholder Collaboration Skills

The successful candidate will have excellent community engagement and stakeholder collaboration skills, including the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving and Emergency Response Skills

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and emergency response skills, including the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
