We're seeking talented individuals to join our team of Cabin Crew, who embody the spirit of hospitality and deliver outstanding service to our guests. Our team has won numerous awards for their exceptional service, and we're committed to maintaining this high standard.

The role of a Cabin Crew member is multifaceted. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests onboard, providing comprehensive safety briefings, and offering exceptional service throughout the flight. You'll also work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide assistance to guests with special needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You'll also need to be physically fit and able to reach heights of up to 180cm.

Key Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
  • Have a passport with at least 18 months left on it
  • Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Have a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
