Job Opportunity: Sports Field Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of sports field and open space construction projects.

About Role

This role requires a collaborative leader with strong problem-solving skills, IT literacy, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery.

Frequent site visits across Sydney and wider NSW areas are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Develop detailed project programs, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Procurement Management: Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
About You

You should have qualifications in Project Management, Civil Construction, Turf Management, or similar. With proven hands-on experience and technical knowledge of sports field construction methodologies, turf management practices, drainage/irrigation systems, earthworks, and associated equipment and machinery, you'll excel in this role.

A current driver's license and construction white card are essential.
