We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration/support team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management of a Financial Planner
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation in readiness for client meetings
  • Speaking with clients on the phone and in person
