We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.

Duties of a Client Care Coordinator:

Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy

Manage client enquiries across various platforms

Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery

Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy

Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards

Manage client payments across payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay and Vet Pay

Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

About you:

Exceptional customer service skills, you're an effective and clear communicator

Intermediate Microsoft suit experience

Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment

An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner – when required

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

Maintain a positive and professional attitude whilst under pressure
