As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day receipting operations at off-site locations, ensuring all incoming shipments are accurately received, documented, and processed, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and WHS.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in our business, leading a team to achieve KPIs while maintaining accuracy and safety within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the day-to-day receipting operations at off-site locations
  • Ensuring all incoming shipments are accurately received, documented, and processed
  • Maintaining compliance with SOPs and WHS
  • Leading, training, and supporting a team of operators
  • Allocating tasks and monitoring team performance, productivity, and adherence to KPIs
  • Acting as the first point of contact for escalations and problem resolution
  • Liaising with drivers, warehouse personnel, and transport planners to coordinate delivery schedules
  • Ensuring proper labelling, barcoding, and system updates to support logistics functions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid forklift licence and experience
  • A strong understanding of logistics and transport operations
  • Leadership experience in a warehousing, transport, or logistics environment
  • Proficiency in logistics systems and tools (SAP and scanners)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management
