**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Design Consultant to join our team at PROFILE POOLS and LANDSCAPING' in Byron Bay, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical design services to our clients, ensuring their pool and landscaping projects are brought to life with precision and innovation.

**What you'll be doing**
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and design preferences
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications for pool and landscaping projects
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Providing on-site support and guidance during the construction phase
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials and construction techniques
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and capabilities

**What we're looking for**
- Significant experience (8+ years) in a technical design role within the construction industry, with a focus on pools and landscaping
- A strong understanding of construction materials, methods and building codes, regulations, safety standards particularly as they relate to the pool and landscaping sectors
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools to produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, contractors and the wider project team
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique design solutions
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date with industry trends
