Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead, coach and mentor the Quality Assurance team. This key role involves driving team objectives and maintaining the highest level of quality assurance standards.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a passion for innovation and process improvement. They will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About this Role- We are looking for a leader who can drive our QA team forward, ensuring that we achieve our objectives and maintain the highest standards.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the QA department and how it interacts with other departments and stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will have experience in coaching and mentoring others, as well as being able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive team objectives and maintain the highest level of quality assurance standards.
- Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies.
- Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
