Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill this Area Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of Store Managers to ensure all stores run smoothly and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires relocation and travel between a portfolio of stores across NSW. As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of retail, inspire excellence, and make a real difference in the lives of employees and customers.

The key requirements for this role include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 5-6 Store Managers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Working closely with Store Managers to recruit, train, and develop the next generation of leaders in our stores.
  • Continually looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of your stores.
  • Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple stores, ensuring targets are met, and strategies are implemented effectively.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your team members.
