We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Trainer and Assessor in Individual Support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training sessions to students, focusing on effective instructional design and delivery.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials that meet industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent tertiary qualifications, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications.
- Possess relevant industry experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.
- Demonstrate excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Previous VET training experience with international students is highly valued.
