Job Opportunity:

Concord Centre for Mental Health aims to deliver safe and appropriate care, ensuring access to services and supporting its workforce.

The purpose of this position is to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of psychology interventions that support high functioning teams and individuals across the district. This involves a broad understanding of psychological theory as it pertains to organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and well-being.

This role requires a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology, current registration with AHPRA to practice as a psychologist, and demonstration of understanding of psychological theory and its application in organisations. Competence in multi-source and multi-rater assessments, targeted validated measures, and job analysis is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate psychology interventions to support high functioning teams and individuals
  • Apply psychological theory to improve organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and well-being
  • Use multi-source and multi-rater assessments to inform organisational decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based practices
