**Job Opportunity for Production Operator**

On behalf of our client, we are looking for skilled and experienced Production Operators who are responsible for operating machinery and equipment to assist with the assembling, manufacturing, processing, packaging, and quality assurance of items along a production line.

The position involves operating production machinery, including calibrating equipment to monitoring gauges, making adjustments as required. Setting up cleaning and maintenance schedules to prevent problems by keeping machines in good working order is also essential.

Inspecting finished products, taking samples, and undertaking product quality control are key responsibilities. Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring they meet quality standards are also critical tasks.

We require a proactive and reliable team player capable of working independently and contributing to productive operations. A commitment to long-term work is essential.

The successful candidate will have strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating production machinery and equipment
  • Calibrating equipment and monitoring gauges
  • Setting up cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Inspecting finished products and taking samples
  • Preparing products for dispatch
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality

Requirements:

  • Relevant AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant work experience

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly).
