Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to take on the role of Team Leader within our Housing division. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of engineers
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with sales staff to acquire new business
  • Driving project innovation and improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role
  • Experience with people management in a leadership capacity
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes
