Assets Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team. As an experienced administrator, you will provide financial administrative support by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and systems application.

You will maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment, and software. Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to prepare quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.

In addition to providing administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required, you will contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring/reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.

You will also develop, maintain, and work within procedures for the procurement and financial policies.

About You
  • Able to deliver high-quality ICT services to clients, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, and records management.
  • Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
