Commercial Analyst Role

A senior commercial analyst is required to join our Market Management team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial analysis, with experience working in the energy industry. The role involves consulting with internal and external stakeholders, report writing, and representing AEMO positions at industry forums.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, proactive learner, and have a commitment to operational excellence. They will also have a passion for collaborative problem-solving and contributing to a supportive and high-performing team.

About the Role:
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to influence process design and deliver operational tools.
  • Report writing and support to AEMO written regulatory submissions and market consultation.
  • Represent/present AEMO positions at industry forums.
  • Ensure internal operational processes are aligned and executed in accordance with market rules.
