Customer Service Representative

Suncorp seeks a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer experiences and claims performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Injury claims, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to make commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to injured customers
  • Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and business objectives
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Technical Claims or Senior Claims Advisor Experience is desirable
  • Experience in Personal Injury claims is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to convey and explain information to direct customers both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to make commercial decisions in line with delegated authority
