This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a senior lawyer specializing in complex litigation and dispute resolution.
About This Role:- We are seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to manage complex cases across various fields.
- Handling personal injury litigation, addressing historical institutional abuse claims, and managing contempt of court and vexatious litigant claims.
- Working on matters under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997, conducting judicial reviews, asset confiscation, coronial inquests, public liability cases, and subpoenas.
- 6+ years post-admission experience with a demonstrated ability to conduct complex proceedings in state courts and tribunals.
- Experience providing comprehensive written and oral legal advice, supervising files, and mentoring staff.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
