We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering projects on time and within budget. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, oversight, and coordination of various project phases across resources, schedules, and financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and evaluate Key Performance Objectives of the Project Team.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the portfolio of projects in accordance with safety, technical, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Manage and lead the project and integrate the team across the business.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective services to stakeholders by managing departmental activity.
- Mentor, coach, and guide your team of Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Engineers.
- Optimize the efficiency and productivity of resources to ensure that resourcing levels are balanced with business needs.
- Provide strategic direction and advice to project teams on project delivery methodologies using PMBOK guidelines.
- Review and approve project execution plans.
- Assist in the tender development process.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management and delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of Major Project Management experience in oil, gas, energy, or water sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, and developing staff.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills and experience in working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of PMBOK.
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead teams to achieve project objectives.
