We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Defence Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and balancing project requirements, budget, production, and delivery of short to medium-term projects while maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with subject matter experts and capability providers to co-design plans to meet project requirements.
- Provide support to the relevant Intelligence Program team to engage with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors to understand project scope and requirements.
- Plan, manage, and review outcomes of project scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, procurement, and integration.
- Record and maintain program/project data in specified Project Management tool.
- Work closely with the Divisional Programs Office to deliver program/project reports.
- Provide the secretariat function to program/project board meetings.
- Support stakeholder visits and events for relevant programs.
- Defence Intelligence domain experience.
- A strong knowledge and skills in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing full project and program lifecycles in a complex environment.
- Programme and Technical (Defence, Engineering, Science, Technology) background with real-world delivery experience.
- Experience in managing technical, engineering, sustainment, and facilities projects throughout the entire project lifecycle would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- A demonstrated ability to cultivate a broad network of relationships and influence with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating commercial and projects/services delivery with senior Defence customers/stakeholders.
