Job Description
We are looking for a talented professional to join our global organisation and contribute to the development of the Equities warrants market making application stack. In this role, you will work closely with the local and global warrants market making team in Pune and Frankfurt. Your primary responsibilities will include developing technical solutions to meet business requirements, considering recommended technologies, non-functional requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the Warrants market making application stack.
  • Design solutions and coordinate delivery.
  • Investigate production incidents.
  • Participate in L2 / L3 support activities.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from initial concept to final delivery and post-implementation support.
  • In-depth knowledge of FIX protocol and proven experience in front-office systems.
  • Understanding of Market Making concepts & Electronic / Algo Trading is preferable.
  • Experience working in regulatory environments.
  • Good foundation in equity derivatives, with understanding of greeks & risk calculations being preferable.
  • Understanding of high-volume trading systems and the technical challenges of their design and operation.
  • Experience in Java, C++, & C#.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of third-party Market Data provider platforms (e.g., Reuters) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Understanding of principles for robust high throughput / low latency architecture.
