We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of technology.

About the Role

This position involves developing and implementing features for our Android app. You will collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into functional features.

You will also work closely with other engineers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and feature parity across the codebase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features.
  • Analyse and optimise the app's performance, including load times, memory usage, and battery consumption.
  • Monitor and address issues reported by users or QA, including crashes, performance bottlenecks, or UI/UX inconsistencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in Android application development.
  • Kotlin, Flow/Coroutines or RxJava, Hilt DI, Multi-module app, Compose.
  • Mobile user interface design skills.
  • Object-oriented design, SOLID principles and Architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Reactive Patterns).
  • Solid Unit and UI Test Automation experience with JUnit/Espresso.
  • A commitment to quality in your work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate.
  • Strong understanding of agile development best practices including Scrum and Lean methodologies.
  • Git, Continuous Integration/Development, Agile Software Development, Jira.
