Professional Role Overview

We offer skilled face-to-face and telehealth mental health services to address a wide range of mental health concerns. Our mission is to empower individuals by connecting them with the necessary mental health support when required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients dealing with various mental health conditions and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, case managers, and employers to assist people in returning to work and/or re-engaging fully with their community.
  • Complete assessments and interventions using clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to organisational and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications
  • General or Provisional Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
  • Will to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Commitment to improving lives through work and health initiatives;
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic, social, and collaborative team environment;
  • Interest in working with workers' compensation clients.
